The program consists of many different exercises, which are designed to help you get fit through cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, flexibility, and Pilates. This plan includes an exciting series of one-on-one sessions designed to give you a head start in achieving your fitness goals.
Need To First Learn How To Properly Use The Equipment
There are eight lesson plans that you need to follow, each lesson plan is broken down into four distinct sections and focuses on four key elements of the plan. You will need to first learn how to properly use the equipment and then how to perform the exercises properly. Next, you will learn the correct way to breathe, so your lungs are working and oxygen is getting to your body. You will learn how to relax properly so you can maximize your workout and work out all the muscles in your body. Learning to properly time your workouts will also help you to be more successful. Finally, you will need to know how to make changes in your life to be more effective at following the plan.
After you have learned these important concepts, you can begin your first workout. You will need to choose one of the exercise routines available or create your own, the choice is yours. A good workout routine will include stretching exercises, such as sit-ups or crunches, a cardio workout using a treadmill or elliptical machine, light weights to strengthen your arms and legs, and light agility or stretching exercises to increase flexibility. Each session should be a minimum of one hour long and you should always stretch and cool down after every workout session.
